An archived support exchange begins with a greeting and a request for help. Support says hello. Another request for help arrives. Support agrees.
That is where the screenshot ends. Both sides have made contact; the actual problem has yet to make an appearance.
The question has left the chat
Another hello reaches support. By the time a reply arrives, the sender has forgotten why they started the conversation.
The response comes with laughing emojis and a practical suggestion: send the question along with the greeting. This time, there had been a question. It simply did not survive the wait.

An unusually short admin application
One request to become a chat administrator arrives with a single qualification: the applicant speaks English. A later support screenshot shows another applicant asking for the badge again and again.
BB’s July caption asks would-be admins to demonstrate their experience instead of filling the inbox. These were requests, not appointment announcements.
